About us
Fabric Lab Studio is an exciting collaboration between Mary-Ellen Prendergast and Nicole Pat. Mary-Ellen is a well-known fashion designer with over 30 years' experience in New Zealand and London. Nicole has 13 years in the fabric industry and has been working closely with fabric manufacturers in China sourcing for an extensive customer base in New Zealand. Her strong relationships have enabled us to start an exciting business in offering digital prints, at the highest quality. Based in the heart of west Auckland we bring together a shared passion of textiles and design Mary-Ellen has been a head designer for commercial brands as well as her very successful brand Shen clothing. Nicole has a deep understanding of fabrics and has ventured into designing her own textiles. Together we are blending our talents and experience to create high quality fabrics specializing in digital prints. Were thrilled to embark on this exciting new journey and can't wait to share our beautiful design with you.
